This is a well-furnished villa situated in the heart of Nerja (Parador Area). On ground level there is a large lounge with sofa ( opening to be a double bed), a living flame cast iron fire place, ideal for winter holidays, TV (Satelite) and dining area that sits up to six people. The large, fully fitted kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer with electric hob and oven. There is also a full bathroom consisting of semi-sunken bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c. On the upper level there are two good size bedrooms (with air conditioning), one double, one twin which are comfortably furnished with wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is another fully tiled bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and w.c. Outside there is a small terrace with a table and chairs ideal for eating al fresco and a splash pool with built in Jacuzzi. As this villa is in a quiet part of town it has parking outside and is only a short stroll to one of Nerjas many beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Sleeps up to 4 people. |
