Entrance to the villa is through a secure communal gate, stairs lead to Helena I Sonrisa,
you enter the large terrace through a lovely iron gate where you will find a very large kidney shaped pool 8mx6m,
a pergola that covers part of the terrace, garden furniture, outside lighting and BBQ.
A couple of steps takes you into the colourful decorated living area with open plan kitchen,
dining table and easy chairs, sofa's and double sofa which can be converted in double futon bed.
