Fercomar are newly built penthouses, built especially for holiday rentals. They are situated 80 metres from the beach of Torrecilla, and 4 minutes walk from the famous \"Balcon de Europa\". They consist of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, living/dining room with sofa, table and chairs and TV. English Satelite System. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Terrace with table and chairs and private roof terrace with sun loungers. Communal Pool. Garage available for rent for 50 euros per week. Bed linen and towels changed weekly.
