Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally located private complex very close to the Torrecilla beach. This building enjoys a large communal pool open all year round with a communal garden. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town of Nerja with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike and many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and shops. The accommodation comprises a kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The living room has 2 sofas (one of them a sofa bed) and a dining table with seating for 4. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The apartment has television with Spanish, English and German channels. Linen and towels provided. Outside off the lounge there is a sunny terrace with side sea views as well as views to the complex with a small table and chairs. The apartment is suitable for children, the elderly or disabled but wheelchair inaccessible. There are electric radiators for our short winter and cooling fans for the summer. This complex is only a short stroll to all the amenities of the area. It is comprehensively equipped with all necessary items.
