Situated in the same area as La Cala close to the Hotel Monica/ Perla Marina area this new apartment is on the 2nd floor. Within a minutes walk from the beach and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is very well fitted out with new furniture.
There is a communal swimming pool within the grounds.
